Turn your busyness into faithfulness.

The subtle plan of the enemy is busyness. Being occupied with that which is keeping you from the real, true and purposeful activities.

We need to focus on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He knows what we are and what we need and will therefore be able to lead us to success. With our eyes on Him we will turn our busyness into faithfulness.

Speak to the dirt!!!

We prayed together late yesterday afternoon. One of the ladies is involved in the development of specific areas and said that God taught her to speak to the land.

After she said this my mind pondered on:

"For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.
(Isaiah 55:10-11).

I understand now that we are the earth/dirt that received the word of God as rain and snow from heaven, watering us, making us bring forth and sprout, accomplishing and succeeding in that which God have purposed.

We need to remind our ‘dirt’ (bodies) of the purpose of God, by reading the word and meditating on it, that we may receive the God of hope into every situation of everyday!

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
(Romans 15:13).

Remember also to speak to your environment, situations and fears to come into subjection to God’s word… accomplishing and succeeding in that which God have spoken.

Be blessed,
